RCVPSA: a novel generation, solid-adsorbent-based modular unit for industrial gas separation.
RCVPSA combines novel structured adsorbents with Hythermal's proprietary rotary valve systems to enable:

Hythermal's portable process improves on the traditional PSA technologies by reducing its size while improving process outputs, separation efficiency, and cycle speed close to times. It may be used for gas purification and separation tasks.
RCVPSA can be easily integrated into a modular and transportable trailer to be deployed next to facilities that need on-demand gas.
Hythermal has devised a novel structured adsorbent bed with improved mechanical properties suitable to undergo thousands of cycles of pressure fluctuations maintaining its high selectivity. Specifically, the new adsorbent formulation is expected to deliver improved kinetics while resisting to mechanical stress mitigating attrition phenomena.
